fee. UPS and FedEx are both available.

For shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order
will be added to the above charges.We will give shipping charges to you via
e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior
to shipment.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one
of the following states:

Warranties
All composite Shafts have a 30 day warranty.
You must have the original invoice to receive a new shaft or to receive credit.
Credit or new shafts are only given with the O.K. of the manufacturer.
Return
Policies
Refunds are given within 20 days only, with receipt. Exchanges
may be made within 20 days. No receipt: no refunds or exchanges . . . sorry!
If payment was by check, no cash refund; only store credit, less 5%. The following
exceptions apply:
- All wooden/aluminum
sticks & blades are final sale and not guarnanteed.
- All sale and
discounted items are final sale.
- All cups, jocks,
and underwear are final sale.
- All ice skates
are final sale once worn.
- All figure skates,
blades, outfits, and tights are final sale.
- Special order
deposits are non-refundable.
- Layaway deposits
are non-refundable.
- All returned
items over $100.00 will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
